Step 1. Download app: You can download directly on LG store

Step 2. Add TV MAC address

After downloading app, you can see the interface as the picture below. Please look on ' TV Mac address '. You need to register this mac on your line first, or you can contact Helix IPTV provider for adding MAC.

Step 3. Upload playlist to your App

You need to upload playlist on the website of Smart IPTV app. Click on this link: https://siptv.app/mylist/. Enter information as follow:

– MAC: enter the TV MAC address

– File: Leave it empty

– URL: The URL is m3u link. Please login on Helixiptv.tv then you can click on the Manage line button then click on the Download section. Now, you can see the m3u link.

– EPG: Leave it empty

– Check the captcha

– Click on ' Send '

Ok. The playlist is uploaded now.

Com back to your TV now. Please restart the app and play it again so the the channels list can be loaded. After reloading, you can see the channels list now.

If your TV comes up with the error:

– Check playlist Nr.1: Please add the link m3u again ( upload playlist again ) then turn TV off for 2 minutes to clear TV cache then turn the TV on

– Connection failed: Maybe the list is too heavy. You can reduce the package then upload playlist again

Step 1. On the main screen, click on ' Setting '

There are two ways to upload your playlist.

1. Uploading by link (external playlists)
2. Uploading with non-permanent access code (internal playlists)

You may have any number of external playlists and only one internal playlist with live channels and one with VoD streams (films).
